Maintenance & Repairs
A wide range of Customer Support agreements (CSAs) to handle your equipment management needs.
There are three different types of CSAs fits your needs:
- Inspection: includes Preventative Maintenance (PM) parts, SOS, Inspection every 1000 hour & Diagnostic Report assessing the condition of the Caterpillar equipment.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): the maintenance labor and periodic inspections.
- Repair & Maintenance Contract (R&M): Covering all maintenance elements, planned and unplanned repairs including parts & labor. Moreover, this contract covers all of the maintenance and repair costs during a specified time period which make the customer able to pay one flat rate to cover a wide range of parts and services, instead of unexpected maintenance or repairs payment.
From scheduled fluid and filter changes to major overhauls, our service engineers can manage all CAT fleet service requirements in a predetermined price. Wherever your preference, Arya Heavy Machinery support team will be presented to backup.
Overhauling and General Repairs
Components are inspected and repaired up to CAT standards. Every part is cleaned, inspected and measured, while CAT reusability guidelines are closely followed to ensure that your equipment achieves peak efficiency. All engines and generator sets are rebuilt and tested to CAT specifications, using either a dynamometer or modern load bank.
Repair Option Program
This repair program only covers certain CAT models. Program includes complete engines, transmissions, fuel injection pumps and undercarriage repairs.

Arya also provides a 24-hour emergency hotline. Service Crew has always tried to do better services for the needs of various technical supports for Caterpillar owners in different sectors. These services cover heavy machinery and power generators in oil&gas, mining, construction, industry, marine & energy segments providing maintenance, operating and maintenance instructions overhauled by Caterpillar standards in both the service centers and customer site.
